Order #*** - Complete

On 07-03-2016 this order was placed online. 08-03-2016 the status said the order was complete and shipped. My wife ordered the products and has also emailed and tried to contact the supplier but with no reply. There is no way to contact Grabit with orders to discuss. If the products are not delivered by end of the following week, a full refund must be made. <br> I have never had such bad service from any online store.
