Only received HALF of my order and no response

I ordered two of the same items. I received one and have sent emails to their supposed customer help address... No response whatsoever. They do not have a telephone number (... no surprise there...) to be able to speak to a human being. But they are quick to take a customer's money and to flood your inbox with deals!!!<br> <br> Further, if you try to print the invoice for the purchases, there are no details to validate it as a valid VAT invoice... SUSPICIOUS much?!?!
