only received half of my delivery and NO RESPONSE

I ordered a 24 piece cutlery set, when it arrived it only had 6 x knives and 6 x forks in it ... no desert s****s or tea s****s! I emailed them directly after delivery and took photos and have been trying to get hold of them for the last week now and still NO RESPONSE!<br> <br> Absolutely PATHETIC!!!!<br> <br>
