Not supplying what you pay for = THEFT

I ordered and paid for an item that cost R369. I received a 'similar' item that cost R129. After emailing them back with my complaint they re-shipped the same, wrong item (R129). Then after complaining AGAIN they now pretend to be deaf and are not answering their phones nor their emails. Don't buy from them! They will rob you!!
