No response on order #***
<p>I purchased a 10 Tier shoe rack from this store on the 03 December 2016... but the order status still says pending... I sent them an enquiring email twice but there is no response.... Before that I have sent them a Proof of Payment they never responded...All I want to know is when will this parcel get delivered to me and when.....or I want my money back...</p>
Derrick called on Monday 12.12.2016... explained that my order was with the supplier,hence they did not have it on stock... however he promised me that I will get it with in one week... Indeed my shoe rack was delivered on the 19.12.2016... and is in good condition...
