NO response NO refund

I've received a product in October, mailed in the beginning of November for return, due to quality, no response was received, after several mails the 2nd off December I got an email they will send somebody, I've asked them when pick up is going to take place again no answer, after several email I finally state in my mail that I'm going to take this further that was on the 13th of January, suddenly pick up was arrange. Now I'm trying to get my credit an no answer on my email again, the telephone number doesn't work the only way off communicating with them is by email [Email Removed] but you don't get a response.
