No refund from #grabitall.co.za on a cancelled order which could not be delivered in time

Completely and utterly disgusted with grabitall.co.za. Do not make use their services. I ordered Christmas gifts from grabitall.co.za last year with enough time to spare to make it in time for Christmas. After my order did not get delivered, I contacted them. They just rep**** telling me that something went wrong with the order and that they could not tell me when I will receive my order. They could not fulfil my order in time, so I was forced to cancel my order. Since I cancelled my order I have had no refund, no reply to any of my tickets, no reply to any emails sent and no reply to the Whatsapp number. There is no other way to get in contact with them. They do have a number to phone, but it is an automated voice directing you to a Whatsapp number and they do not answer their Whatsapp number either. #grabitall.co.za - is this how you make your money? By not refunding the money of client's cancelled orders?
