No Invoice, No Call, No Delivery

I have used Grbit for the first time and im very worried if this is not a ****. I bought goods on there site whereafter I made payment via Credit Card and was advised that an invoice will be sent to my self. To date I received no call, no delivery, no e-mail and no invoice ... Desperate !!!!
