NO FEEDBACK/UPDATE REGARDING MY REFUND

I requested a refund on an order that I decided to cancel before they even dispatched it. I still have not received my refund and whenever I send an email enquiry I get an automated response even though the email is sent to Carol Molete who was assisting me to cancel my order and confirmed that I will get my refund in 3 days. Their *** is not active I have tried over and over to call them, it is like they have vanished. I JUST NEED SOMEONE TO UPDATE me on how much longer I should wait before I get my money back!!<br>
