no feedback or response

since placing my order no. *** and paying for it on 30th November in the sum of R426, I have not once received a confirmation of payment or a tracking number. I have tried on several occasions to email but receive no response. There is absolutely no telephone number on which to get hold of these people. I get bombarded all day long with special offer emails from them but NO ONE responds to any of MY emails. Absolutely disgusting service...i will be spreading this via social media and whichever other way I can that these people are not to be trusted. if anybody knows of a number on which to get hold of these people please advise. Huge thanks in advance.
