No delivery or response to emails

I purchased goods from Grabit via my Credit Card on 7 March 2016 and was told it was dispatched. When i contacted the delivery company they stated that no goods were received by them.<br> <br> Emailed Grabit and Carol Molete rep**** assuring me that it will be dispatched that afternoon, 16 March!!! yet it was not done!<br> <br> She does not reply to follow up emails. The are definitely a **** and people should not support them.
