No delivery or communication

I have placed an order and made a payment on 28 January 2016, On their website it clearly states that delivery around Johannesburg area takes 4 to 5 working days at most. I have send an e-mail to enquire about the order and I am still waiting for a response or call or at least the delivery. There are no call centre numbers on their website as well. This is extremely unprofessional and I will never order from them again. Clearly I can kiss that money goodbye.
