No Delivery/No Communication

I placed an order on the 21st October 2015. Order No. ***. Terms and Conditions state that delivery will be in 2 days but with stock outages perhaps up to 2 weeks maximum. I am now at a full month later with no word on what is going on. I have sent about 10 emails and notes on their website and both telephone numbers are not working.<br> I am so frustrated they should just cancel my order and refund the money.
