No delivery for goods purchased/No response

I ordered and paid for products on 2 March, but have not received them. When I go into my online profile - it says the order has been completed - but I don't have the goods! <br> <br> I sent 2 emails on 8 March and on 9 March, but have had no reply - not even acknowledgement of my email. There is no service and this has been a huge disappointment and waste of money and time. They don't have a contact telephone number, so you cannot even speak to someone from the company. <br> <br> This will be the last time I use Grabit. This absolute lack of service is unacceptable.<br>
