NO delivery and NO response! #GrabitMustFall

I purchased 3 items on 2 December 2015 already ( Order #***) but have not received anything as of date. It is almost a month ago!<br> <br> I emailed the pathetic customer care address who does not care to respond or contact their clients in any shape or form to apologise or update them on their orders.<br> <br> I am a journalist who works in this industry and have seen late deliveries but never in my life have I experienced such terrible service. <br> <br> This online store has to close down, as much as I appreciate their discounts this is the WORST online shopping I have ever encountered.<br> <br> As a result, I am going to take this further. I have NOT received my items or my cash back and no response or form of apology from Grabit.<br>
