NO delivery and NO response

I placed an order and paid for it on the 5th of April , but have not received it. I have been sending numerous emails to the Sales team and they are ignoring me. They don't have contact details for customers to call. I wish I knew what is happening with my order, especially since I have paid. This is so annoying to be frank. I
