No Delivery after 7 Days

I bought a mini sewing machine and car vacuum cleaner last week Wednesday on the 28th of September 2015 and I have not heard a thing from them. Their phones are forever busy and if not they ring unanswered.<br> <br> i woud like to know when am i getting my order delivered as i was informed it will be by Monday (yesterday)<br>
