No deliverty and no response

I place a order with Grabit online Store for two Thunder bikes for kids on the 2nd December 2015, order no.*** and pay the bill of R1567, 00 online into their bank account. On 5th December 2015 I send an e-mail again to ask for delivery details, Carol Molete respond on the 8th Dec. 2015 that it will be despatched that afternoon and I will received delivery the latest by Monday the 14th. Dec., on the 15th I received an e-mail stated that the order was held back and the blue ones is in a bad condition. I reply that I will swap it to the Subaki bikes. After that I have send numerous e-mails to them with no delivery and no response from Grabit.<br> I even went to the address posted on their website and their is no company with that name on one of that premises.<br> Thanks H.Venter
