Never received my purchase & NO REFUND!

I purchased a Standpoint tablet stand on the 27.08.2015 through the Grabit online store which I still have not received 2 months later! I had one consultant emailing me after sending them many emails requesting any info regarding the whereabouts of my purchase - I was promised I would receive it within 7 working days and I am still waiting!! I have asked for a refund more than 4 times with no response, I tried calling the customer care line only to be informed the line is no longer in use!!<br> Grabit has ****** my money!!!
