Most shocking service from an online store. Ever.
<p>Whatver you do - DO NOT BUY FROM GRABIT!!! I ordered a few things from Grabit on April 15th.. Two weeks later my order arrived.. Incomplete!</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent 15 mails to Grabit before my mail was acknowledged, and to this day (9 May), I have heard nothing about the delivery of missing items.. I have asked for delivery details repeatedly (they do not have a contact number - shady, much?) so all I can do is email them, and after the 20th email, I have now asked for them to collect the entire order and refund me - I don not want any part of thier dody operation. </p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say, I have heard nothing.. If they don't contact me in the next day, I'm going to report them to my bank as *****.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am completely disgusted by thier service.. Compared to OneDayOnly, TakeAlot, Groupon, DaddyDeals and thier other online competitors, they are truly revolting, and ******* to boot.</p>
