Incorrect products and not all items delivered

I ordered products from Grabit and received the delivery about a week later. Three of the products were different to what I ordered, one of the items did not work and another item was not delivered.<br> <br> I have been sending e-mails to which they respond but only after I threaten them and I have been trying to call them but the number provided does not get answered.<br> <br> One item was replaced but once again with the wrong colour and the other complaints are just being ignored.<br> <br> I have asked them to contact me in order to discuss my problems but no one calls.<br> <br> I do hope that no one buys anything from them in future because it is really not a pleasure doing business with them.<br> <br> Worst of all, they received their money even before the items were delivered and I cannot even withhold the payment!!!<br> <br> I am so FRUSTRATED, to say the least!!!
