*********** customer service and wrong delivery

I placed an order for two items on the 06th of November 2015 with Grabit. I queried delivery after the initial 14 day delivery time, but I received no response. The automated email said that they will respond between 24-48 hours, it took them 14 days to respond to me. I eventually trace the items, only to find out that they sent the wrong items. So they told me that they will collect the incorrect items and deliver the correct ones. Now I get an email to say that they do not have stock anymore of both items I ordered 3 weeks ago. I'm really disgusted in their service, and had high hopes for this supplier, but they disappointed me with their *********** way of running and handling their business.
