Great resolution to problem

My hats off to Eileen at Grabit! My order was placed, paid for and waiting delivery. I could not get hold of anyone and had no email responses. Eventually got hold of Eileen who explained their backlogs due to moving warehouse. She packed my parcel while I was on the phone. The 1 item that I ordered was out of stock she made a plan and sent not 1 but 2 items of a better option that I ordered! Well done Eileen you've restored my faith and I look forward to placing many orders with you.
