grabitonline store took the money and did not deliver the product

<p>on 15th june 2016 i ordered a motorbike as a gift for a child,the transaction went tru ,i got an order number ********** 27,i saw on my statement the amountv of R728.00 went tru,up to now i havent received the item nor did i receive any letter tosay they are sorry and i had to buy another gift fr the child.I need my money to be refunded immediately.i sent a email to ********** showing them the item i purchased ,but no one rep****,how do we get the refund,this is really frustrating as we do not have a number where we can call and speak to someone to sort this matter out.</p>
