Grabit, selling broken toys and doesn't respond

I bought my son a toy from Grabit. Needless to say, the remote was faulty from the beggining, and in sending them an email I received no reply. I have send them about 5 emails now, and still no reply. the toy isnt working the way it should and to make it worse this was for his BDay. So don't shop on Grabit, the toys will probably be broken
