Grabit Online Store - How do I get a refund? Charged for goods not received...

<p>I placed an order with Grabit on 10/05/2016 for a fairly large amount. To date, my order still appears as "pending" eventhough they took my money immediately. To date, I've tried to make contact with them 8 times via ********** No one responds! There is also no telephone number for them. How do I get a refund???</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never ever order anything from them again.</p>
