Grabit grabs your money

I have now ordered 3 x from this company. I in error used the same order number when making payment for these orders.<br> Order number 1 was delivered. But orders 2 and 3 are still outstanding. Despite sending emails and trying and trying and trying to reach them on the telephone number provided on my first invoice I have not been able to contact anyone. Ok so let be logical. If payment comes for any order already paid for surely you would look at that persons profile and see if they have any further orders that maybe match the amount. My payments came from the same bank. I think Grabit stands for lets grab your money and duck.
