Goods on website not the same as what you get on delivery.

The company is a online retailer. On the item of n impulse sealer on their website is a sealer clearly made of a metal casing witch is highly durable. I ordered two of it and pay upfront like required. On delivery by a courier company after they left i opened my purcase only to find the item i got is completely plastic and not that of the website. I compain to the company only to hear that the items migh differ from the picture. This is completely wrong as to their business is completely online based on their website.
