Excellent service is always appreciated!

I ordered items from Grabit, and the order got mixed-up. Only 3 of the 5 items ordered were correctly supp****. After getting in touch with Grabit, Nqobani emailed me back to apologise and try to set things right. Within one day, one of the missing items was shipped to me, and the next day I received the other item. Each time Nqobani followed up to find out if I received the correct items. Once all items were received, I asked Nqobani about the return of the 2 wrong items. The response was that I could keep them as an apology for the inconvenience caused with the order. Now if that is not going the extra mile, I don't know what is! I rate Grabit's customer service as absolutely 10 out of 10!
