Do not buy from this online store!!!!

I ordered a toy for Christmas from Grabit Online Store fro R250 on 1 October 2015 and on 2 December 2015, I still have not received anything. I have emailed numerous times, lodged a complaint on their website and phoned countless times but either their mailbox is full or they just do not answer. This is the most unbelievably bad service I have ever received from an online service!
