Delay Tactics

Hi. I was eventually contacted via email by a Carol Molete regarding my purchase made on the 04 November 2015 and to date no delivery. Her response was she needs to check with the warehouse Manager. That was on the 01.12.2015. I have had no response since. This could be a delay method or pass the buck. Which is very fustrating. Order No. ***
