BAD SERVICE

I ordered goods from Grabit Online store on 2016/03/01 and paid in full for item that same day; but up to date my goods have not been delivered. <br> <br> I have sent numerous e-mails to Grabit Online Store regarding the progress of my purchase requesting for them to inform me of the delivery of my goods and to date I have had not one reply.<br> <br> I have called the courier company, Grabit is subcontracted to and to-date Grabit has not dispatched the parcel to the courier.<br> <br> There is no telephone number listed for us to call and enquire about our purchases., I find this very unprofessional.<br> Money has gone off my account and I am extremely annoyed that I might not even receive the goods I purchased and paid for.<br> <br> Today is the 9th March, Grabit has exceed the delivery days promised on their policy.<br> <br> <br>
