bad service

Good day <br> <br> <br> Ref number #*** <br> <br> I would like to express my disappointment with Grab it on the 3rd of December i bought a kids tablet online via Grab it and to date the delivery has not been made. I emailed proof of payment to them and I didn't receive any confirmation for my delivery and all i need now is for them to credit my account back. I don't need the tablet anymore as it was for my daughter Christmas present. I would never encourage anyone to buy anything via Grab it as they provide a poor service and they don't have a contact number to phone them when there are issues all they have on their website if the emails address.<br>
