BAD SERVICE

My goods I ordered was advertised to contain an instruction manual. when I received my parcel it was different to what was advertised and no instruction manual. Emails sent to try and either source an instruction manual or else return my item has gone unanswered and there is no telephone number to contact them on. I am now sitting with an item I have no idea how to use. This is so annoying!!! Will never purchase from them again.
