Appalling service, still awaiting delivery over a month later!!!

<p>I bought a kettle on your site on May 25, and still have not received to this day. This kettle was meant to be a wedding gift that I had bought for a couple who wed on 3 June.</p> <p>I recently sent an email to the ********** following up on my order, but got an auto response saying that someone would contact me within 24 hours. No one did.</p> <p>I would therefore like to request that my money be refunded back into my credit card, as I will not support such lousy service delivery. Plus, I have no need for the kettle anymore.</p>
