absolutely pathetic service

I ordered Christmas gifts for kids and up to date no delivery , no communication from Grabit Online Store. I will never buy from this online store again and I have advised colleagues and friends and family to never deal with this company. there are many online stores that work with the customer, keeping them informed all the way,. I do buy online often. but I will never buy from this company again, they take your money but don't deliver your goods. they should be closed down. I have decided to go the legal way to get my money back. DISGUSTED!!!!! *******!!!!!
