2 weeks since i paid for an order and no delivery

This must be the worst online website that I have come across. I paid for my order 2 weeks ago and still no order.<br> After numerous mails and online comments, a week later I got a reply from Carol saying my order will be dispatched this week. This website is so unprofessional that they don't even have a contact number you can call.<br> I finally found a number on my payment receipt and it doesn't go through because it does not exist. Carol gave me her cell number and no answer.<br> With my first purchase as well I had issues, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed an order second time around.<br> Wish I read all the bad comments on hello peter first before deciding to purchase any product from them.<br> I just want my stuff that I paid for!<br> <br> Regards <br> Soaida
