Pushing for sales and misleading customers

I asked my husband to purchase a set of bedding while on a business trip in KZN. While in shop he called me for instructions for what should he purchase. I send him a message and when calling back to confirm- he said that sales staff is on it as he have given them phone to read a message and I could hear them shouting in background that what they are giving is 100% cotton. Well.... polycotton is not 100% cotton!!!! Instead of one sheet, 1 bedding cover and a set of pillowcases I got 4 polycotton sheets, 2 polycotton bedding sets and 2 sets of pillowcases. And I cant even use them as not only they are wrong fabric but also a wrong size. Sure to say- I cant exchange them it as I live in Pretoria. Staff only cares for pushing sales and the only advise I would give to future customers is not to let them pick out product for you and double check size and thread count. I am extremely disappointed as profit is the bottom line for this business and taking advantage of customers is a way to get there.
