Game Shelly centre

I was very disappointed with the service I got at Game in Shelly centre, I went to pay for Game account but the Cashier put the payment on dstv account instead on Game account, I went there yesterday to ratify that but o couldn't get any way forward, now I'm been harassed by the Same Game store that my account is owing
