Fall at Graanendal

Two months ago I fell at the Swartland Water shop at Graanendal Shopping Centre and injured my shoulder. The fall was solely due to a badly-positioned doorway (the door frame is set 2.5cm higher than the level of the shop). When I emailed a report of the incident to the Graanendal Management, their lawyers merely acknowledged my complaint but have done absolutely NOTHING about it. I phoned Graanendal after a month and they refused to talk to me about the fall, claiming that their lawyers were deeling with it. My rotator cuff is damaged and the pain wakes me up at night. I want Graanendal to pay my physio bill and fix the 'step' into Swartland Water. PS Swartland Water owner has ignored my emails. The sales personnel are helpful but can only pass on messages...
