absolutely disgusting service graaff breaks alberton

absolutely disgusting service! i went to get my clutch replaced and was told it would take 2 days max. phoned to find out how far my car was and they were still busy. only received my 3 days later. i was promised that my break disks would be skimmed they were not! the floor mat of my car was taken out and lost 3 nuts from my rims were suddenly missing. while driving after picking the car up the system wasn't reset and warning lights lit up my dash bored. plugs were not put in properly the staff are extremely unprofessional, rude and they think its fine for them to talk to a client with aggression and disrespect! And still laugh in my face about it! apart from 3 of the staff members i have never been so insulted by how i was spoken and treated in my life! i wouldn't go back even if you paid me to!
