ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! STAY AWAY! 🤬🤬❗❗

I took my car to Graaff Brakes in Alberton thinking my front brakes were squeaking. Normally one would check where the noise or issue is when taking their car anywhere? It could be a hundred different things than what I mentioned it was. Especially being a lady knowing zilch about a car. The gent checked it out (no test drive or turning the car on once to hear the squeaking sound) and said I need skimming to be done. I had no clue what that was (skimming), I let them do it. The next day it made a sound 100x worse!! Took it back, the manager said he could see the issue through my tyre. After he took it for a test drive doing the skimming in the front, he came back saying it was the back all along! Had he taken it for a test drive in the beginning, I wouldn't have left, sitting here, paid for the wrong job and back at square one! I'm extremely angry and regret going to Graaff Brakes. The owner and manager were going to call me the next day. Nothing happened! You're clearly not professionals!
