No Delivery, no replies to queries

I ordered two items from an online company called Gr8t Deals, based in Cape Town. My order was not delivered after 3 weeks and I tried to call them, but they do not supply a telephone number on their invoice, website or Facebook page. I emailed them about my order and they did not respond. Eventually I got an email to say my order was complete and being dispatched by courier. Two weeks later it still hasn't arrived. The courier company says my tracking number does not exist. The courier company supp**** me with a contact number ( ********** 188, in case anyone else needs it). They do not answer calls and have not responded to me. I'm going to get my bank to reverse the payment. DO NOT do business with the company, it may be a ****...
