******** debits

Whilst conducting a check on my statement I realised I was being debited by GR MARKETING from 2016 all amounts were lower than R99,I called the camp any immediately on the 15 November 2017,I had spoken to a consultant by the name of Mdali Thango she r equested the reference number that was on my statement which was given to the agent, she had confirmed that the reference number was valid and advised she will lodge a query and thereafter an investigation will be conducted and in 5 days my money will be returned,I thereafter called back on the 20 November and spoke to Natalie Pillay and I was informed that their accounts departments have not responded as yet and that she will get her manager Cheryl Pillay to call me,until date I have not received no contact from the camp any. these debits that have been done on my account is ******** and ********** yet no urgency in providing feedback.
