Unauthorized Debit

This company (GR Marketing) has debited my money without being authorized, and i never had any agreement with them. I called yesterday the call was picked up by Simphiwe who promised to investigate and revert back with the explanation on how they got my banking details.<br> <br> He took my details (ref number from my bank statement and my cell number) but unfortunately they didn't provide the explanation. <br> <br> All i want is for them to remove my details from their system and i need an explanation of how did they get my banking details. If they say it was phone unfortunately i don't give my baking details over phone that's one of my rules.<br>
