*****-*******ly billed, account debited with no permission

I was debited in July 2017 and August 2017 without my permission! to me this is *******, it is ***** and I am beyond angry! I should also be angry at my bank as I am not sure who gave who permission to debit my account, all I know is it was NOT me! I did not sign anything or agree to any debit order!
