Unauthorized Deduction

GR LIFE/GR LIFES has debited R99 from my account without my consent and my bank FNB doesn't even know who these people are. My question is how do they allow people to go through my account without proper information? When you reverse this debit you pay charges and bank is doing nothing about this and they don't seem to have any preventative measure to curb this from happening! Banks should have tight security measures when it comes to our accounts and they should gradually upgrade their security systems. What is happening is uncalled for and unacceptable that people who we trust with our monies are letting these villains to access our accounts under their watch!
