Unauthorized debit order again

On the 16th of this month I wrote a review about this company debiting my account without my authority, instead of getting feedback they tried to run this debit order again this morning. I don't get paid on the 16th nor on the 29th therefore I never provided them with my banking details and this has a bad effect on my credit profile. I tried calling them on ********** 067 but there is no response from this number.. Can this be sorted out asap.. Can these debit orders stopping running on my account especially when there are no funds as this is messing with my credit profile. I don't know this company and I never signed or agreed to anything with them
