GQM/Link2link fund administrators

GQM Fund administrators/Link2link fund administrators . My ex company moved our provident fund from Old Mutual to these **** fund administrators, after being with them for a year I left the company because of financial circumstance. They released less than half of my money a month ago and now refusing to pay the balance. After several emails to them they even refuse to give me a statement to show what is left after they paid that measly amount over. They are holding the funds back because of a December payment that wasnt made and now that has stopped the whole process of their operation and in return I have to please for my hard earned money and probably have to forget about it all together. Where does one report such activity and stop them from cheating people.
