Pathetic Customer service and false advertising of Antique Items.

The worst managed online auctioneers I've ever encountered. Once they've received payment from you don't expect to get any other customer service. After 3 weeks of not replying to my messages they finally delivered my goods (I live 2 kilometers away). I bought an "antique" tea pottery set from them and it turned out to just be old. They lost my desk and when I asked for a refund I was told to return their table that they wrongfully delivered at my house back to them first. When I told them that they can come pick it up themselves and demanded my refund, I had to endure very insulting voice messages first before eventually getting my refund. Pathetic customer service. I've supported them for 2 years and have let many things slide but this is the last straw. Don't trust them!
